i was wondering where the fiber might be...4 stalks of asparagus? I think we can do a bit better. Some oatmeal would be nice.

Please don’t close the underpass - it is Durham’s biggest downtown entertainment .... shade from Raleigh ;-)
Sounds like you are ready for Business Time (ala Flight of the Conchords):
Came her to say we call our cat’s litter box The Schlitterbox in honor of New Braunfeld’s Schlitterbahn.
Because tube tops are the tackiest and least flattering kind of to one can wear?
Exactly. Bar owners don’t care who gets laid. They want to sell drinks and lots of them.
The minstrel show was in the version of the books I read when I was a kid. Even in the 70s that was weird. If you choose to read this version, I recommend following it up with some qual time listening to the fantastically talented Carolina Chocolate Drops or NCs answer to Beyonce Rhianna Giddens. They have taken black…
I agree a pouch would rock. I would also like a prehensile tail and better eye sight while we are improving things. And perhaps make my pinky fingers opposable like a second thumb to have a more secure grip.
For once NC isn’t on the side of the loony tunes!! yay! Go NC!!
I guess it depends on what your profession is and your what your role in the company is. Our sales people are always more dressed us than we engineers ;-)
Calling someone who disagrees with you a brain washed stooge is definitely a good start to an open dialog ;-) But you are right. We all need to step back from the emotion and focus on building a dialog space that is based on respect and desire to build a common ground.
I understand what Seneca is saying - and certainly the best things in life are free (e.g. the love of your family and friends). Personally I would love to not be worried all the time about having enough money to provide for my family, support my aging relatives who need help, to cover unforeseen or unplanned for…
I feel like you do not understand that depression is an illness; nor do you understand the notions of compassion and empathy. Perhaps you’ve experienced pain and loss like Bourdain’s loved ones have experienced. If so I can understand your pain-fueled rage. I hope time and maturity will help you gain some perspective…
I agree...this one is loony tunes! But why the heck not, right
I like typography prints. If you get board you can crinkle up your skirt and spell new words. I hope they catch on.
I didn’t even know this many mean-spirited people existed before trump was elected. :-/ I’m so sad now.
I hear you...we have an ancient Akbar & Jeff strip pinned up in our kitchen
She seemed pretty direct to me. Maybe because I’m a southerner and we often present things is round-about subtle ways. I feel for both of these kids. Learning how to end a relationship and how to accept the end is so painful. We’ve all been there.
Congrats to her! My younger sister did something similar. She applied for a zillion little tiny scholarships and grants. She put herself through undergrad and then was awarded a fellowship for her graduate work. She is the queen of bureaucracy. :-) I think Ms Harrison is going to do great things :-)
Pro tip: be the fat friend and you won’t get asked to be a bridesmaid but you still get to go to the parties (while not on the hook for an ugly dress or buying too many extra gifts)
