I’ve found that if you cold brew your coffee (or your amazing and wonderful husband does it for you) you can use really cheap grinds. Not using heat makes the taste a lot more mellow I guess. When I want it hot, I nuke the cold brew; but since I live here in the hot South I drink iced coffee most of the time.
