I genuinely like RotS. It certainly worked for me when I saw it in theaters!

No, but it does have the absolutely kick ass battle between Kylo and Rey and the Praetorian Guard. That was incredible!

Tommy Lee Jones was much, much worse in Batman Forever than Jim Carrey. There’s a version of the Riddler character where Carrey’s over the top nature kind of works, but that’s not the case with Two-Face. The sad thing is that if he played it straight, Tommy Lee Jones probably could have killed the role.

Eh, I know there’s bigger issues at play with the merger to be concerned about, but I don’t care about those anywhere near as much as I want to see the FF and X-Men integrated into the MCU. Fox has shown they can’t make an FF movie and their X output has been wildly inconsistent over the years. Marvel/Disney will

This series has been such a treat! Rainbow Rowell is doing fantastic work with the characters along with wonderful art from Kris Anka and Matt Wilson. It’s a very worthy successor to the BKV/Alphona original.

I still can’t stand NTA, but I did like that they were able to take a step back this week and realize that they can disagree with Oliver while still supporting him. Family comes first.

The last ten minutes of this episode were especially good. Here are the things I really appreciated about this episode.

Easily. It takes place before IW. It’ll all make sense in the end. I’m sure the movie will be a good time.

“It’s your career...” LOL! Don knows what’s up! Seriously, Ruffalo?!

Apparently it’s not the Milano anymore. Their ship is called the Benetar, according to James Gunn.

He lost those abilities when Ego was destroyed.

What’s interesting about that fight is that it’s more of a boxing match vs. a straight up brawl. I don’t think the MCU had ever been in a fight like that before.

One thing I noticed on the second watch is that every time Thanos wants it to be personal, he uses his own fist, not the gauntlet. Happens several times in the movies. I agree that they still would have had their hands full even if he didn’t have the stones.

Why should kids be robbed of a pretty awesome post-credit scene? I’m almost 40 and that scene dramatically changed how I felt walking out of the theater.

Yeah, that would have been interesting. As far as him not acknowledging his screw up... the guy is in shock and grieving the woman he loved. How self aware is he supposed to be given the circumstances?

Our audience also cheered, as they also did for Cap’s emergence from the shadows. There were also gasps in the audience when Red Skull returned. It was a very cool experience.

Sure, it’s annoying, but it’s also a very human reaction. Plus, he also paid the price for it given that he faded away as well.

That’s a great theory on her part! For our part, my wife and I turned to each other about halfway through and said “we’re not taking our daughter.” Between some of the intense scenes and deaths, I think we’re better off showing it to her on DVD so we can fast forward and talk through some of the parts! Glad you’re

Poor kids. It will be alright! Hope parents at least let them stick around for the post-credit scene (and explained what it meant).

IW has my favorite post-credit scene. It was exactly the spark of hope that was needed after that ending. Peter and Tony’s “goodbye” absolutely wrecked me. Tom Holland and RDJ absolutely killed that scene.
