For me, this episode was the moment when the show truly became Marvel’s Doctor Who/Hitchhikers Guide and I was there for it.

Filoni always felt a little overrated to me. Not *bad* per se, but people talk about him like he’s some kinda messianic saviour to the franchise when so far he’s mainly given us a couple of ok-ish cartoons.

his whole transactional mindset, i.e. “giving your life for your country” is a sucker bet for losers, is really strange to see. I guess when everything is a transaction, but you always have the means to bully someone into getting more than what you’re willing to give them, then sure, make everything a transaction. …

Suckers...he called them suckers. Because there was nothing in it for the when they died. So much worse than calling them losers (which he also did!)

Is it just me, or is Lois a dead ringer for an aged up Luz from The Owl House?

Actually more in favor of them doing a sequel than remaking the old stuff since I played it a million times. Mania did so well critically and commercially I’d be shocked if it didn’t get a sequel -- and it felt just fresh enough. 

He played this stinking city like a harp from hell!

They both had legs, suits did well as a short though and you do buy some extra suspension of belief in a short which is what makes Suits work.

I had no idea they were doing another season! This is great news. I hope this lives up to the first season because that was such an unexpected gem. Especially The Witness. I absolutely loved that episode.

Fucking FINALLY.

This IS exactly what I wanted.  I was looking through Netflix just the other day and saw the first season, and wondered when the supposed second was coming.  Love Death + Robots is extremely my jam.

It’s wild how many units the PS5 has sold when, as far as I can tell from personal experience, the PS5 doesn’t actually exist and is a government psyop intended to measure how people handle the disappointment of being fucked with by online retailers.
