Stop it. I just sang this whole damn thing.

Yeah, and he actually gave the viewer some good insights!
Either way, I think we can all agree that Daisy was a damn disappointment.
My favorite part is how this become a comment to reminisce on all of our near-drownings.
I remember getting pulled under by rapids in a river when I was 12 years old. The next two nights I couldn’t sleep because of this feeling. It constantly made me wake up feeling sick.
White Sox better watch out. The Phillies are coming for them...
Agree with everyone that Javy is fun to watch. But as fun as he is and this was, what the fuck was this inning from the Pirates? Error on routine ground ball, shit throw down to second base, I don’t even know what that was at third base.
WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME HE WASN’T IN A SUIT.
His oWAR was only over 2.5 six times in his 14 seasons. It was only over 3.0 four times. To be clear, 2.0 is the generally accepted line for a starter. 5.0 is the generally accepted line for an all-star (or an “exceptional hitter”). Dunn only broke that threshold once...he was absolutely not an exceptional hitter.
My favorite part is that these are the same people saying, “PARTICIPATION TROPHIES ARE FOR LOSERS.”
That’s fair, but I don’t think he’ll be a .270 hitter (hell, I think a .250 hitter is a stretch for him). His BABIP is, in my opinion, the stat to watch. That’s cratered.
I’ll read this, and give a more thoughtful answer, later when I don’t have so much work, but my initial reaction is to say that comparing baseball from the 1920s to today is, on its face, ridiculous because of how much the game has changed. Also, that high strikeout rates correlating with high power isn’t surprising.…
Is anyone surprised by his slumping? I mean, the guy had 109 strikeouts and a BABIP of .426 in the first half. It must have been obvious that he was going to come down to Earth at some point, right?
Meanwhile, Wentz’s game log from last season read like someone charted declining literacy rates in Bridesburg
I mean...I highly doubt they have ordered a a certain amount of anything. I would assume they’re putting the names and numbers as orders come in. I only say this because they have ridiculous names advertised. For example, under the Phillies, they have “Buck” for Clay Buchholz, never mind that he has only pitched 5…
You’re talking about another moment. Plankton’s Army was talking about the moment Armando was going to lose his virginity and Joe West popped into his head...
I read it because I have come to realize that the best Thrones episodes cannot be ruined, even by spoilers.
