I never played Overwatch because it didn’t have a single-player story, which is something that interests me infinitely more than PvP does. So while I can’t speak to the actual PvE gameplay from OW1, knowing that OW2 will have a PvE story very much piques my interest.

Meh. Three was my first experience with the franchise and it wasn’t my thing. Cool for the fans, though.

I would add that Americans are particularly bad at separating bodies and sexuality, thanks to the unfortunate influence of various religious groups that viewed human sexuality as inherently sinful and evil. Combine that with gate keeping nerds and things get ugly.

Right? Sidekicking and the global friends/chat system should be in every MMO.

This was a big reason I quit playing WoW after 3 months back in the day and went back to City of Heroes. CoH’s sidekick system meant that I’d always be able to play with my friends on any character, regardless of level, and be able to contribute to the missions we were running.

This. Just get some cable ties or whatever you prefer to organize those wires and that setup will look neat in no time. If they’re long enough, you could run the wires along the back of the shelves and then down the supports to help conceal them.

Agreed, I can ignore a lot of the silly, over the top stuff in SoTR, but the language thing was always jarring.

It helps a lot if you have some minty big game to give yourself a gold health core and some potent or better health tonics to fortify your health bar. 750 is still a long way off from 900. I have no desire to spend weeks grinding, hoping to finally get that pair of boots (or gauntlets/helmet/whatever) that I need to boost my level up a few points only to get a redundant drop that does nothing to help me.
