Plus, in lots of bathrooms, handicapped stalls make up between 1/3 and 1/2 of the stalls. Expecting 1/2 of the stalls to be exclusive to the percentage of the handicapped population is unreasonable.

This is going to get some of the ‘winners’ in significant tax trouble. If they just give you a check, then there is withholding for taxes. Prizes (like a car- or paying off a loan), are still income, but absent a withholding, there will be a significant tax bill that the person will likely not be able to pay.

That’s not what the Court ruled. They ruled that the civil rights commission was biased against the baker, and he had a right to a fair hearing. They specifically said they didn’t decide the issue of whether or not his religious objection was valid.

I agree that microtransactions suck, but cosmetic differences in a game like Overwatch is way more preferable to the “pay extra to get these competitive advanges” of Battlefront II. One has no effect on gameplay, and if someone wants to give extra $$ to the company for stuff that’s only cosmetic, I have no issue.
