Honestly, the “calzony” is way better than it has any business being. I mean, not as good as a calzone from a good pizza place (but what is?) but still pretty good for what it is, which is cheap.

Yes. There are “good” pizza places near me, but a single pizza costs $20 and I can’t afford that when I’m feeding my kids. Little Caesar’s pizzas are around $8. Pizza Hut gives you two for $16. Papa John’s is two for $14. Papa Murphy’s has medium 2-topping pizzas for $6.99 currently. Etc.

I’m very excited for Killers of the Flower Moon. Less excited for a month of the AVClub doing the guy in the yellow suit behind the tree meme towards every piece of press where someone even obliquely asks about the state of popular film.

I was old enough to be in the demographic of this show back when it first aired, but outside the pilot, I didn’t watch a lot of episodes back then.  So I didn’t see this show until I was in my late 30's/early 40's.  I only say this to point out that when I say I agree with them, this is a good show, it’s not coming…
