It would have taken you 30 seconds to fact check that her mother killed the guy, and it was in self defense.

when I was 20 - I had a small role in a movie he was starring in. He wouldn’t leave the dressing room while the stylists were fitting us models. At the time, I really didn’t know it was an option to not get undressed in front of him (he’s also who cast us). His behaviour kept getting more and more inappropriate that…
The W key on your keyboard seems to be failing.
Yeah, she definitely put him in harm’s way, but is that negligent homicide?
It sounds more like the problem was that she took what he was using to stay afloat after he was already in the water.Plus, since she removed the plug knowing he wasn’t wearing his lifejacket.
As someone who is frequently read the wrong way, for similar reasons, I just want you to know that I read it the way that it was intended.

The First Amendment is not absolute; there are limits on free speech. (You can’t engage in slander or libel, you can’t incite violence or criminal behavior, and you can’t yell “fire” in a crowded theatre unless there actually is as fire.) This is a CLASSIC move. Everyone has had this table: You check on them again and again, but they keep wanting more time to order. Then the microsecond they are ready to order, they complain “We’ve been here for 45 minutes!”. YEAH, AND YOU’VE BEEN SENDING YOUR SERVER AWAY FOR 43 OF THEM!
That is completely untrue. The fact is there was a custody agreement worked out that was all ready to sign, and then the abuse concerns came up.
On the other side of that coin:
Don’t claim your preferences are allergies. The kitchen is perfectly willing to accommodate both, but allergies are a lot more trouble, and asking the kitchen to go to that trouble for no actual reason is a jerk move.
