The Concourse, huh? I don’t know where you put the “Worst. Movie. Ever” guys who are all upset about the “dumb, out of place humor” that’s been inserted into SW (unlike the subtle touch used the prequels), but it’s nice to be around some commentors that saw the same movie i did.

i LOVED the fact that i had no idea exactly where everything was going. I didn’t always like the way things went - but i haven’t been that genuinely surprised by SW since the first time i saw Jedi.

all those people who said that TFW HAD to be OT remixed, and that hypothetical Ep VIII was going to go in TOTALLY NEW

This will be a polarizing film

just a reminder before the “but Trump is still President” comments coming rolling in...

Republicans don’t care.

The End.

back when The Onion was in print and the AV Club ran in the back of it they had a comic that illustrated letters from readers, called Pathetic Geek Stories.

the article talks about - in part - her perceived “attractiveness” (Hollywood’s perception, her perception of herself). I was... “just saying”, i guess? (Sort of like you opining about Tiffany Trump’s lips / makeup choices) While acknowledging that, no, my opinion or course doesn’t change the reality of unrealistic

ahhhhh gotcha.

this is not shocking. Republicans are human trash.

but - “...you had no issue asking me to abort our unborn child just last week when we thought that was one of the options

can you send the chef to my table to explain this word salad to me? Why did they “think” it was an option just one week prior? Were they characters

i know this isn’t what it’s all about, and nobody cares about my boner, but i’m a basic AF whidude and i’ve always thought McDormand was stunning as hell.

wait wait wut?? All i got was this lousy Obamaphone (tm)!

obvs.

hey, everyone! Add yours below!

“Taxpayers should not be forced to fund something as controversial and culturally divisive as abortions,” Unless it’s another war on brown people, of course.

i remember when she showed up on Oprah with Tom Arnold and they both talked about their “repressed memories”. Ominous sign of the crazy to come...

i’m going to need everyone to stop reminding me that Roseanne supported Trump, because i’ve been binge watching Roseanne on Prime for the last couple of weeks and that show was both brilliant and feminist AF (i know, i know - i won’t hit that last season for a little while yet)

Or whatever board regulates chiropractors and doulas.

i am for one am shocked - SHOCKED! ... to learn that this couple isn’t from last season’s Real Housewives of the Bachelor.

otherwise, yeah. They look like exactly the sort of people who would exhibit (and ACCEPT) the behavior talked about in the article.

I’m 100% straight and 89% sure i’ll be scrolling through this article with one hand later this afternoon.

that’s good writin’!

it’s ALL about the cost. My partner of 7 years and her ex are from rural-ish Kansas, and constantly getting my step daughter all pumped over over the idea of driving / owning a car, etc. But we live in Denver, where there streets are a lot more treacherous and the cost of insuring a vehicle is prohibitive (to say the

i remember hearing about that aspect way back when it first came out, and only finally read the book a few years back. There’s no doubt that King was going, in part, for the shock value... but it didn’t read as being really exploitative per se. And it kinda/sorta made sense within the story, with the characters

ugh. You could introduce him to my stepdaughter, who is brilliant, talented, and an absolute NIGHTMARE most days, thanks to HER father having done the same thing. The best thing i can say about the guy is that he inspires me to be a better co-parent with my ex.
