That flailing was what Klay was "politely discussing" down the court with Zach Collins which led to the chippiness in the 4th quarter.    After that Collins was instrumental in getting the refs' sympathy.  It was really quite bizarre.

I had this exact arrangement (1.4T 6MT HB LT). I’d routinely get average 32 mpg, and I was not kind to the throttle- no hypermiling here! it was fun and immensely practical.

Unfortunately the data supports the concept of driving competency and reaction times for those over 80.  However it also supports additional testing for those 29 and under.  The bigger issue is the lack of adjunct testing beyond initially getting one's license.
