Yeah really, the only surprise here is that he didn’t manage to work in one of those two and then say it’s because they love fried chicken so much in the South.

You really do hear it, more and more.
Are we surprised that Trump thinks a bunch of college-aged kids—mostly African-American, I’m guessing—included fast food as “their favorite”? I mean, that seems incredibly on-brand for Trump, consider his history of thinly-veiled (and sometimes not thinly-veiled) racist comments...
Um, guys? With regards to the L.L. Bean deal:

What are the chances that Boras is leaking the Phillies as the “top contender” for Harper right now in order to drive up the price?
I’m with you. While I am a baseball fan (Nationals, specifically, which maybe makes me biased), and I am pretty much always pro-union, I do wonder how much of this is *actual* collusion (as in, teams actively conspiring) and how much of it is teams saying to themselves, “okay, this is not a line we’re willing to…
Whatever this thing was, I’m sure it wasn’t a top cellar.
Oh WOW! Just looked it up--those designs look great!
That actually sounds fairly intriguing. I wonder just how much of the old continuity they’ll pull into this, and whether they rehash (or revamp) any of the controversies the original show addressed.
This is not what I thought they meant when they sang about taking a pill in Ibiza.
Considering what they say about protesting a bit too much, he probably prefers “Ms. Mike ‘Nuke the Gays’ Priefer.”
I know I’m a Caps fan and therefore biased, but I’m glad he’s skipping the All-Star Game this year. Save yourself for this spring, Ovi.
I’ve never heard this phrasing before, and yet--AND YET--I’m pretty sure I know exactly what you’re referring to.
I think there’s a difference between those emails and emails of substance, that provide you with information you actually want/need in order to make a decision.
I’m not going to say that competition was the only cause-because you’re right, WWE was blessed with an overabundance of superstars--but I don’t think competition *didn’t* play a part.
What am I expecting them to do? I’ll be honest, I’m not sure I really know what my expectations are. I’m a casual fan at best, these days, so I don’t know that I’m in the loop enough to really have a feel what how close they can come to WWE (though, admittedly, reaching *that* level seems unlikely).
If he’s been waiting for the symptons to subside before coming back, I’m guessing we can reasonable assume they *haven’t* subsided...so this poor guy has been living with the headaches, nausea, etc. for almost a year.
Ovi strong like bull.
In my younger days, I used to drink like that...well, “like that” in that it was a 6-7 days a week party. I was in shape, had a high metabolism, and an even higher alcohol tolerance. That crew, though...woof.
Maybe you’re right—but one of the knocks Ovi’s detractors have always brought up is how Ovi never had the championship drive, he never had the next level, and was content to win individual accolades.
