Not his first time failing to maintain a line an endangering other horses and jockeys. To be clear, the race today was breathtakingly close to a full on disaster

I’ve seen horses DQed for way less egregious infractions than that. Cutting off two other horses and forcing them entirely out of contention in a race is absolutely worth a DQ.

To clarify, the manufacturer contracts for all the shipping from assembly plant, to transport truck, to the rail head, rail car shipment, unloading, and reloading on a transport truck to the dealer. There are some pretty big contracts manufacturers negotiate with the Teamsters Union and various rail companies like

Reasonable is the issue the cost is over a Billion

Not sure I live in Canada and our city is still in the process of separating storm and sewer but in the sewers that are still combined everything does flow to the treatment plant except when it rains and then raw sewage ends up in the river.

The real issue from the video appears to be that the foam is coming from a storm drain and not a sewer. This would mean that Milwaukee still has a combined sewer system which means that under heavy rainfall conditions this pink foam could end up untreated in the lake which might be a problem.

Haha. Shut the doors. Typo sorry about that.

Glad to help shed some light for you. A couple follow up points:

Momentun dealership of Vacaville shit their doors overnight. A whole slew of them. Shocking. Bankruptcy? Mismanagement of funds?

This is alarming behavior, and I’m concerned for your wellbeing. I’d feel better if you could name any movie you’ve seen not starring Jason Biggs.

Excellent reply. Much of this is true for many other industries as well, especially the market cycles.

What are the rules of sneaking food into a movie?

Those are all some great questions that would take a lot of time to answer. To address the last one first, I think it’s fair to say car dealer operations are generally a big unknown to the public because the people who own and run them have nothing to gain from explaining “how the sausage is made” nor do they have the

In our case the units were financed through a bank. We buy the units from Cat and then when they’re sold they get paid off. I don’t know the details of how that all works out in the end but I know the basics.

In our case it was “You take X amount of units. That’s it.” Other manufacturers loosened the current inventory requirements on their dealers because they knew things were slow. Talking with other (non- Cat) dealers they were like “Oh yea, we only had to take 15 so we’d have some new model year stuff on the floor.

In the automotive side of things, threatening to “drop a dealer” is extremely rare and would only happen in situations of gross misconduct, fraud, or extreme negligence to sell new vehicles. All New car dealers have a dealer agreement that protects them from the manufacturer doing anything to seriously harm their

and others are accepting due to pressure from the manufacturers.

You’re a conspiracy theorist.

No need for your car to leave the drive way. Ever heard of Uber? Or taxis?
