With any other President we’ve had, I would be pretty irritated at the sheer idiotic ridiculousness of calling terrorrists “evil losers” after a major attack.

The military might get a increase in funding, but you can be damn sure almost none it will find its way to service members in the form of increased pay and benefits, or to things like the VA and other support services for veterans.
