Yea but the basic stuff with the game engines ( the shading, bokeh effects, motion blur, and HDR ) won't actually take any effort from the developers, just add it to the game and poof, pretty pictures. Of course you obviously still need good art direction and attention to detail to make a game actually LOOK good.
