Well, this is just awesome:

And theres the Royal navy without fixed wing aircraft to go on our fantastic new carriers till you guys sort out the debacle that is the F35, go figure

You let history be history and look at the situation as it is, not through the tinted, biased lens of historical context. You can remember and honor history without letting things that happened decades, or hundreds of years ago, taint your foreign policy.

I don’t know the true political climate within Japan, but I could see some factions spinning a NK attack into a Chinese attack. I’d like to think Japan wouldn’t escalate things, but countries sometimes do foolish things after being attacked. I don’t think it would be likely, but it could be possible, worst case

I don’t think that argument holds water. Would Poland, France and the Czech Republic be justified in menacing Germany? Imperial Japan was disgusting, but holding a national grudge, while understandable and justified, is impractical for international politics. I’m not saying to ignore history’s influences, as obviously

They were also friends with the Nazi’s and I’m Jewish. People need to learn to let go of the past. I like Germany a whole lot more than Russia these days.

I don’t know about you, but I really enjoyed my Swift rental!

What were they avenging?

Wait wait wait.....Japan rewards good drivers who drive a lot? As opposed to Ontario, where insurance companies say "you drive a lot? more risk, more liabilities, more costs, BEND OVER!"
