Yeah, blocking traffic may cause hardships, and if it’s a main road, it may not be avoidable even. It’s not an ideal form of protest IMO. But drawing a connection between that and what Nazis did to truly restrict movement?

Take a different road. Escalating an already tense situation (they’re blocking the road for a reason) doesn’t help either side. Otherwise the most you as a citizen can do is tell them to get out of the road, which would likely be ignored.

I’d be careful not to “both sides” this. There is no rational way to view the rainbow flag in that way, and I think it’s probably giving anyone who thins that too much credit to think their concerns are genuine, rather than borne out of hatred of gay people.
