Cecily Strong kills in so many sketches. She seems to get overshadowed by Kate McKinnon and, recently, Leslie Jones, but such a rock solid player. With all the talk last year about the white dude brigade coming in, I feel like people have missed that snl has an outstanding troupe of women right now.

My friends and I spend most of our Arrow-watching-parties yelling at Katie Cassidy's character for being THE WORST (or just not being Felicity). It's a good thing everyone else on that show is so comparatively good...

I am a big fan of Arrow, but she and her *amazing* "acting skills" make every scene with her character a chore.
