On street-legal tires?
On street-legal tires?
My theory is that because the Tesla’s primary braking is meant to be done using regenerative braking, that the pads are probably very soft and meant to have good cold stopping power since if someone panic-brakes, the chances are good that the brakes won’t have been actuated substantially in quite some time.
COMPLETELY…
As someone who actually has one: It’s honestly not a big deal. I legitimately prefer it at this point.
It’s best to think of it not as autonomous but more as an advanced assist. That said: it realllllly depends on what you’re doing. For my freeway commute, it’s fantastic. My blood pressure is lower, I’m way less stressed, and I even do the speed limit on those rare occasions when traffic opens up. The biggest “gotchas”…
It’s an incredibly fun car, even with factory bits and tires. I haven’t pushed anywhere near as hard as he has, though, and likely won’t be while it’s my daily driver, but it’s a blast.
It’s highly unlikely it was a test drive if it was a Model 3, given that they’re not currently available for test drives, at least via Tesla stores.
It’s an issue sometimes in real life, too. I’m usually using autopilot since that’s why I bought the car, but I’ve found myself cruising at legally problematic speeds a few times because of the relative quiet.

Don’t want to die in agony while shitting blood? Don’t steal a car. Simple.
Hopefully!
Project cars, daily drivers, pets, mobile phones, TVs… all straight to the burny place.
Also know who goes there? Telemarketers and spammers. BLOODSHIT FOR ALL.
It was the starting point to getting there. If these pieces of garbage all die, my life doesn’t get any worse. If they fuck with my car, it costs me money, time, and aggravation.
If the punishment is administered by government it must conform to the standards. This is why I’m hoping for his colon cancer to come naturally.
We have a serious problem with car burglaries in the Bay Area and I’m at the point now where I just can’t come up with any amount of concern for the wellbeing of the people…
Hey I’m wishing for the most gentle of the outcomes that came to mind.
What are models going to do to find work in a world where they can’t get paid to be attractive?
I hope whoever stole it gets colon cancer and dies shitting blood while his family laughs.
All I wanted for my Model 3 was a good bright blue. But I went with dark grey because the blue that is offered is too dark, and I’d rather have dark grey than a bad shade of blue.
Audi’s Crystal Ara Blue or VW’s old Lagoon Blue would have been great, but alas.
By far the most disappointing thing about my Model 3 is that I didn’t like any of the color choices and had to settle for the one that annoys me the least. It’s “fine”.
You can tell the XLR in the pic was pretty new because the DRLs haven’t clouded yet from slowly melting in their housing.
Tread lightly or you may find that the comments will blow out of proportion.
