Today I learned that a 16oz Starbucks Americano has 225mg of caffeine while their basic iced coffee only has 165mg.

Because I’ve already had 2-3 cups of coffee and I usually get one in the afternoon. It’s very simple. I’m lactose intolerant so I don’t do creamer, and I don’t want all the caffeine. It can be ordered regular if you want the full dose.
