I dislike the new Captain America, but then I am not a huge fan of most recent reboots. Transformers? No thank you. Spider Man? Stopped after the first one.

Woohoo! Back to the Future baby!

It's not necessarily that iPhone games are shitty, just that they aren't usually as rich and vibrant as most console games can be. The Vita definitely fills the hole for people like you and me, who cannot always use their consoles at home.

They are always there no matter how many times I wash...

They aren't using it "in relation to products or services which are identical or similar to the products or services which the trademark registration covers" (source) so I don't think it would fall under trademark infringement.

I don't want to crush their idealistic view of the world until they are a bit older.

From what I understand, it is considered as derivative work, and thus legal to do.

Like don't go into places where other people poop?

I almost gave up as well, but they would have been stupid to leave all of that money on the table. Still, the best part of the lockout was the updates to Madden. I am glad the franchise mode finally got some attention.

Yes, knowing how to fire a gun may have aided in his ability, but jumping on hunting as the cause of this atrocity is just as bad. His fractured mind is the true reason why he did this, not anything

To put it in perspective, I enjoyed the story of Dragon Quest IX enough to play it for 120 hours, despite the basic premise of the game play. I hate the grind, level up so you can fight harder monsters, grind, repeat process that is prevalent. Oh, and random monsters always dropping on the screen sucks balls too. I

I've seen them for cheap, but I figure I have waited this long, what's another year? Besides, come November, I am gonna be swimming in good games and I have quite the backlog as it is.

Thanks! I grew up with PC shooters, and have had a difficult time transitioning to shooters on a console. I have found the twin-stick controls on the console to be awkward, to say the least. The Resistance series was the first one I ever purchased for a console. It was the story that kept me playing.
