Eh? I bought an HP laptop at Best Buy just last week. The return policy is for 30 days and no restocking fee. I'm sure some store has a better return policy, but I wouldn't call it crap, and it's the same terms as Apple retail.

aesthetics are meaningless when you have that much extra power?? The specs are pretty close, so I don't see what you mean. The Lenovo obviously has some advantages, Blu-ray, Ethernet, etc, but in terms of raw performance, the SSD in the Pro would certainly give it an edge.
