I wasn’t paying attention for the UFL - it was before I truly came into my sports fandom. Were the six figure contracts as publicized as the AAF’s? It seems like they're trying very hard to be legit.

I have a buddy from West Texas who grew up in the ‘90s as a Rams fan. Nobody really knows how or why. He wasn’t that attached to St. Louis, so he is still a fan.
My gut instinct is that McVay was almost being too tricksy for his own good, and has been playing Anderson as the primary for two games because his opponents game planned around Gurley. “They do X out of Y set if Gurley is in. If he isn’t, they do Z.” Then McVay just blows up his playcalling tendencies to get through…
In answer to your last paragraph, here’s a Deadspin post from Friday a week ago,
Garrett’s players love him and he has been “mediocre plus”, which is good enough for Jerry. More importantly, he’s a yes-man who goes along with anything ownership says.
So he’s capable of telekinesis and telepathy and uses that to be really good at tennis? What a djoke.
One of them called you pretty, so that’s nice.
See, that’s pretty much the content of the article’s last paragraph. So I don’t think Patrick would say it’s wrong.
Sure. I was responding to the content of that video. The death by frisbee, particularly, but really all of it.

Did you play either of the Pillars of Eternity titles? How about Tyranny? Anything more recent than 2010? They still make great titles.
Come on. Plenty of white people can sing the“Gold Digger” radio edit. Even I can.
It’s probably not a good sign when players and opposing coaches (and maybe training/medical staff?) are already running to his side before the play is blown dead.
“Whether they thought it was a joke, it’s not. And if you do think it’s a joke, I think that’s very ignorant of you.”
Kareem Abdul Jabbar also appeared in an educational film for the Ft Davis State Park in Texas, speaking about African American soldiers. It really threw me when I saw it.
Have none of you people ever heard of setting your browser to open multiple tabs on startup? That way you can automatically load up your gmail, your coworker’s gmail, and your whatever else you use everyday without having to give your computer an aneurysm. I have my browser set to open my email and my favorite daily…
You mean the Color Rush? The reason the Browns are wearing all brown? The one discussed in the very first letter in this article? The one that will take the field tonight? Yeah, at least they got rid of that.
I know Torrey Smith had to be penalized for retaliation because it’s the rule, but I don’t understand how more of Cam’s teammates weren’t going after Kazee. That was insanely dirty. Smith deserved the penalty, but honestly I’m glad to see him retaliate.

With the Cowboys noted lack of receiving talent, along with their success babysitting Dez Bryant, this is a smart move for them to make.
