THe UNC removed him from the game, But Al Riveron overturned the call of the on-field officials.

Exactly. If you haven’t come to a decision in a minute ot two, the evidence is not irrefutable. Anything longer than that just leads to the suspicion that you are searching for a reason to reverse the on-field call.

Gee, and all three calls resulted in a patriot’s win.

Calls on the field are not supposed to be reversed unless there is clear, irrefutable evidence. The fact that it took five minutes of video review to come to a decision would lead one to believe there was no irrefutable evidence to overturn the call.

And both the Cook’s play and the James play were both decided by Al Riveron in NY, and both gave the Patriots a last second victory.

Except the officials on the field who called it a TD.

Then why did it take the replay official in NY five minutes to determine it was no catch? My opinion is that he was searching for any reason to overturn the call.

He caught the ball with two hands and pulled it into his chest, ,which established possession before lunging for the end zone and extending the ball.

And James satisfied all three of those criteria. Hence, the call on the field of TD should have stood.

How the hell did he turn and lunge for the end zone if he didn’t have his feet on the ground? Did he levitate?

The call on the field was touchdown. Nobody has to show you that he’s holding onto the ball. Theburden of proof is on showing that the ball hit the ground.

And the right hand is under the ball.

In your haste to praise the Pat’s Defense, you forgot to mention the obvious Pass interference or defensive holding on the interception.

Tomlin said none of those things, but thanks for playing.

The refs on the field called it a touchdown.

The on field officials called it correct, Touchdown. The league office in NY spent five minutes looking for a reason to overturn it. Where was the “indisputable “ evidence that the ball hit the ground.

He wasn’t touched by a defender so the play was still alive. You’re arguing against your self claiming he was done because his knee was on the ground.

It was so clear that it took them five minutes to come to a decision.

He could sign Kaepernick to play QB

All the bus driver had to say is “I was in fear for my life” and he would be found not guilty, and probably gotten a two week paid vacation as well.
