Telling people with Major Depression not to take antidepressants is really dangerous. Certainly some people can do okay without medication but it also helps thousands of people to live fuller lives (or to keep living entirely.) I wonder how she explains how it has helped so many.

I actually got super emotional and started tearing up. Which I guess is just evidence of how currently alone and unloved I am feeling at this point in my life. So it is oddly relaxing and upsetting for me.
