Ranking countries by percentage of population vaccinated only is a little bit misleading, as it massively over inflates how good a job smaller countries did and downplays the logistic issues by larger countries.

About a month behind you.

Any chance we could keep Jodie and just lose Chris?

I can’t be the only one hearing this in their head right now, right?

I can see it now: a future-planned sequel, involving a driving school, called “three-point-turn”.

Awesome. I’m still hoping that The Chalkeaters are correct about Valve perhaps soon learning to count to three:

What’s particularly intriguing about these revelations is that they suggest that Lucas’s ideas for Luke and Star Wars were not, in the end, all that different from those as developed by Rian Johnson in The Last Jedi, ideas for which he was very powerfully criticized by a certain band of fans of the franchise.”

Oh for

I really don’t get this. Am I the only one who’s always heard it as, “So long, KING Bowser”? I didn’t realise the mishearing was so common. Perhaps it’s a difference between versions? I played mine on a UK (PAL) N64.

Passing thought: what if instead of a <suicide squad> game they made a suicide <squad game>?

If you use Ublock Origin, these custom filters will stop them:

Here’s hoping that have some fake outtakes where characters from other Rooster Teeth properties (mostly Red Vs Blue) interrupt the battles. I would absolutely love to see Caboose just show up and try to drive one of them.

If it helps at all, you can block all of the rubbish on both a desktop and a mobile device. I recommend Firefox on mobile for this, as it supports add-ons.

What you’ll want to do is use uBlock Origin, then add multiple custom filters. I think these are the ones I have found that stop the nonsense:

Meanwhile, I shall wait for the Definitive Edition and only buy it on sale.

Please can we stop defending The Last Jedi as if it’s some misunderstood middle child and stop rewriting history re: The Empire Strikes Back to make it seem like more people didn’t like it at the time.

A little research into actual reviews at the time that The Empire Strikes Back shows that it was significantly

Okay then. That still makes no sense as a pun to me (as there should be a correlation between “bass” and “plus” too), but I thank you kindly for explaining it ^_^

I feel like the creator of the joke had the right idea in the “C- bass”, which could have been changed to “C+ bass” if they’d wanted something more positive.

I don’t understand the pun here. What does “bass” (sounds like “ass” in the context of “sea bass”) have to do with grades? Is this a US-English-specific thing that I won’t get as a Brit? I’m aware that “bass” can sound like “base”, but that’s in a musical context only and still doesn’t explain the pun.
