I just seems like every few weeks there is a day where Jalopnik decides everything is now redirecting to the Root. I just give up on the site for that day and usually by the next day it is fine.

It was really bad like week a go. Now it’s been a bit better, but still. Interesting that this site is so dead set on making it unreadable. Either by shitti half-screen-fillin-adds or these redirections.

In this day and age you can pretty much throw a dart at FB marketplace and hit a bullseye everytime for and awful deal. There is no such thing as a good deal anymore.

I’ve never examined one up close, but you confirm my hunch that as wagons, these were form over function.

$15k for a nearly 20 year old Dodge with 150k miles and one of the worst interiors you’ve ever seen? Sure, it’s got a bunch of power, but they are pigs. Heavy, ponderous things with little joy in driving them, and god awful sight lines. I’m all in at $8k.

If this had a V-6, it would be on a BHPH lot for $4999. Is the engine worth $10k? No.

I love this. But I’d rather keep $15k in my pocket. I’d go $10k.
