Maybe the real Markelle Fultz was the friends we made along the way.

Another thing for Lancaster (and indeed most of south/central PA) - people here do not understand how stop signs work. In an effort to be “nice” they will wave at you to turn first even though you’re still 20 feet from your sign and they’ve already let 2 other people go. Nearly every single day, I pull up to a sign…
Similar situation at my location on the Upper East Side:
Think you meant to reply to hoser68.
Here is central PA, the PA Dutch/Amish food is simple but amazing, and a lot of tourists weirdly skip over it (I guess the Amish aren’t broadly considered culinary masters...). There’s a half-dozen stammtisch/smorgasbord restaurants around Lancaster that serve excellent varieties of the staples llike pickled beet…
Correct - but to use that example then my point is that if that option isn’t on the table then you either 1) vote for person least likely to try and take your healthcare away, or 2) don’t vote for either. And if enough people choose #2 and lo and behold the guy who hate healthcare wins, well then congratulations on…
The only way you can expressly demonstrate your displeasure for a party is by not voting for them.
The retro games store would really appeal to me - with a young kid I’m not gaming the way I did 10 years ago, so i’m still playing on my PS2/PS3 since dropping $$ hundreds for a new system plus full price for the hot new game I’ll get to play maybe 3-4 hours a week doesn’t really work.
The GOP wouldn’t be moving heaven and earth trying a myriad of ways to disenfranchise black/poor voters if they weren’t scared shitless of them voting in the relatively minor numbers needed to have a a profound impact.
Martin’s Sour Cream & Onion are tops. Other flavors like BBQ are certainly good, just not the *best*
I think they’re like the Wawa -> Sheetz geographic shift: the farther west you go the more and more you start seeing them. Even in Harrisburg 95% of the chips you’ll find are Middeswarth, Herr’s, Martin’s, or Utz.
If you’re in Pennsylvania, Middleswarth BBQ chips are far superior. I know Herr’s has a larger distribution footprint though even though they’re headquartered in PA.
Ah you beat me to it!
You’re what people settle for when they can’t live in Cleveland.
Not exactly germane to the article, but how in the world does Harriot not have that photo on a sandwich board and worn at all times? If I had a photo of me being restrained by police for “jeering at [racists/nazis/some other group of ass-backwards cockwaffles]” you can bet I would be wearing that badge of pride all…
This is about you now.
A decent start might be learning better German than Paula so you can taunt them more effectively?
I think this is a common misconception about antiquity/medieval sieges - “starving them into submission” could and often did take months or even years. Castellans would store food and supplies to withstand that length of siege by routine, and often would have cisterns dug under the castle itself to avoid running out…
