A pity— She-Hulk was by far the Marvel TV series that I most enjoyed watching. Exactly this and it’s why shows like The Bear or Transparent before it should always have an asterisk beside their wins in my opinion. It’s giving an award to Honeycrisp as the best orange. Sure, they’re both sweet - that’s close enough right?

I almost forgot just how blisteringly funny and quick-witted Applegate is. She was without question the highlight of the night.

The show was often cartoonish, especially in the later years, but seasons, say, 2-5 really had some fantastic comedy acting, and Applegate was often at the forefront of that.

Kelly was always a character known for prompting the hootin’ and hollerin’ from the “your dad and uncles embarrassing themselves at Hooters” studio audience, but even back then, she had some absolutely sublime comic timing and delivery that would continue throughout her career.

Honestly, I feel like I don’t really need any of these. Especially not Sunset Boulevard - we already have a film masterpiece there, somebody doing an assuredly less good version based on the musical is not appealing.

Ugh, if there is one thing I tire of more than anything, it is some old proclaiming the Good Ole days are dying things were better, the Golden Age has ended.  Bullshit.  It’s called change.  It’s neither good or bad, but always inevitable when it comes to art and entertainment.
