GOT got ten for its final season.

I adore Claire Foy and her work in the first two seasons was masterful, but what in the world warranted a Guest Actress nomination for the few minutes she popped in during the series finale!? And she’s already won in that category for another blink and you’ll miss it appearance in an earlier season.

Not disagreeing about it not being a comedy, but these nominations are for its second season.

I’ve always wanted to see the naval re-enactments at the Colosseum depicted on film, so it looks like my wish has been granted. Seems fun and dumb like the original, which was elevated by some strong performances and they certainly have quite the cast here. Also Connie Nielsen hasn’t aged a day!

I got the sense that she was retreating and she got caught unexpectedly by Vhagar at the last minute.

I’m assuming you mean Richard Madden? He’s done alright for himself. Bodyguard was a massive hit in the UK (unfortunately didn’t get much traction stateside, which is a shame since it was fantastic) and he won a Golden Globe for it. And he got a leads in a Marvels movie and a Disney live action. Sure he’s not A-list,

Rhys Ifans deserves an Emmy for his work in this episode. Absolutely masterful.

He was absolutely a loudmouth well before he got in to politics. He lashed out pretty viciously at Rosie O’Donnell in the mid-2000s when she publicly questioned on The View how wealthy he actually was and he said some miserable things about her.

Watching terrible people be terrible to each other can be entertaining sometimes. We don’t always need someone to root for. There’s a lot of compelling characters in a fucked up world all doing fucked up things performed by talented actors surrounded with amazing production values. And dragons! But my favorite

No, it won’t. People that far gone could have their entire lives destroyed by the reality of climate change and still refuse to admit the truth. See, also: the state of Florida.

I was really impressed with Einbinder’s dramatic work this episode. They haven’t given her many opportunities in the series to flex those muscles and she really knocked it out of the park in a very moving way. It makes for one hell of an awards scene. I have absolutely adored this season and looking back on how Ava

I was surprised when I read it, but yep he’s big enough to bring in 173k fans across two shows!

Now playing

She is a treasure. This recent clip from Graham Norton really knocked me out.

Lady Gaga’s last two tours were stadium tours. A filmed version of her Chromatica Ball concert at LA’s Dodger Stadium came out on Max this weekend. I recall hearing Ed Sheeran broke a record recently for attendance at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. But, to your point, there are very few artists that can sell out

Wesley and Fred from Angel is sorely missing from this list. On top of the fact that their character arcs were some of the most multi-faceted in all of the Buffyverse the way that their relationship grew and ebbed and flowed and then ended tragically - twice! - was done beautifully.

A little bit of downtime on occasion, but most of the trip is spent rushing around, trying to accomplish as much as possible. It’s literally impossible to see everything that’s going on.

A friend of mine and her husband went and enjoyed it, but their main criticism was the imbalance between the guests themselves. They were excited for the roleplaying aspects and developed personas and came with outfits ready to commit, and there were others that did, too, but then a lot of people there were just

Broadway has a disastrous history with musical sequels, so I wouldn’t count on Son of a Witch making it to the stage any time soon.

It might have peaked a decade ago, but Wicked was the fourth highest grossing show on Broadway last week bringing in $1.7 million. The fact that it’s still pulling in those numbers after 20 years and keeping the Gershwin, the largest theater on Broadway, at near capacity on a weekly basis shows it’s still pretty

I remember when I first watched it in high school I didn’t understand why she kept going back to Big. He’s terrible! He’s terrible to her through every season and both movies! But now I’m the same age as Carrie was in the middle of the series and upon a rewatch it confirmed to me that yes, Big is terrible, but Carrie
