This. I still eat meat, but I’ve been eating less of meat and eating more veggie based meals everyday. People will freak the fuck out if you try to politely suggest that they cut down on meat or animal-based diets.

I crave it too, sometimes. I’ve determined that I am definitely an obligate carnivore through extensive testing. But it doesn’t always have to be beef. The point is to eat it consciously, and if you don’t crave it, maybe lay off it for a while - which you are already doing. Gold Star!

Here’s a solution, stop drinking milk (which is intended for baby cows) and drink milk alternatives. Then cut back on your meat consumption.
