I was kind of coming around to the Mission E actually being a cool name. Should’ve been a 928.

Is this what those sonic attacks in Cuba and China are??!?!

I dunno if chain restaurants, strictly, but there are fast casual breakfast options that’re way better than what you get at iHob. Absolutely a lot of local diners and bakeries and coffee houses and the like that’re better.

Then people questioned that.. a lot.

Most of us could post this and it still wouldn’t be a double post.

International House of boring. There’s so many better/tastier breakfast destinations.

They should just make more accessible grilled chicken... Bojangles Bites style.

That’s too bad. He was great.

Rather than being upset that it isn’t hardcore enough I think a lot of people actually are/were more annoyed with Go’s issues for casual players.

You’ve got a great sense of style but far far too much expensive quartz. Automatics and hand wound are all over and often for less.

I got about six months of heavy use out of my first pair. Totally worth it at the price point.

They come attached to a bunch of fats and carbs in those, mind you, which, from strictly an efficiency perspective might not be optimal.

Definitely too much then.

Yeah, I absolutely wasn’t clear enough in my response, since I was focused on what I was replying to. The only reasons to eat plant protein rather than animal are ethical and environmental. Whey is absolutely the most efficient protein.

That does seem fairly excessive (though more due to crazy high fat numbers) but he might’ve working to build muscle. Max protein synthesis runs at about .55 g per kg per meal and four meals a day (2.2 g per kg of protein). Somebody working less hard could run about .4 g per kg per meal (1.6 g per kg of protein).

If you’re exercising rather than training, you’re right, that’s more than enough. If you’re doing resistance, endurance, speed, or combat sports training it is per pound.

You’re doing just fine.

Yeah. Something like .75 to 1g, preferably. What Tipton was saying was more along the lines of ‘for sedentary people, throwing on protein bars is a bad idea’ as opposed to anything different for people working out.
