RIP. He entertained me a lot as a kid and influenced my love of historical automobiles.

Porsche are brilliant as usual. They’ll just charge $24,000 for the “Fingerprint Removed.” edition.

I absolutely imagine so... but they have a number of products here already and I’d think it’d be an easier sell than grapefruit hot pepper Hershey bars (not that those aren’t better than what you can get in the US).

We’re not “naturally herbivorous.” Just because we don’t need meat in order to do well doesn’t mean that it isn’t the best option for many. When I taught in the U.S. many of my students had families who wouldn’t have regular nutrition without hunting.

This is sad. Way safer in the U.S. I’m very glad that the quarantines and the like are happening here in China but the wet market culture isn’t likely to end.

They really do. Hershey’s has talked about how difficult China is for them. I live in China and the Chinese people love peanut candy yet Hershey’s won’t sell Reese’s Peanut Butter cups here.

It’s damn good. I teach in China (and we have an on campus convenience store) and my students are always puzzled why I buy it before any of the American flavors they covet.

One should also note that soy, rice, corn, almonds, palms, cashews et al have a lot of problems associated with them as well and try to improve everything.

Your words which ‘take their words seriously’ are the best response to this vehicle. I continue to be entertained by the fact that they made a concept car themed around the movie that gave us the very idea of unobtanium.

I far prefer Pacific to Luckin. Starbucks will always do still well because it has a heavy collectible item factor here and their cheesecake is actually pretty solid.

It’s mostly robusta. They do grow some here, though far more in Vietnam, which is convenient.

I’m all for increased transportation options as long as they don’t reduce or ban other opportunities or trap people in the hands of transportation monopolies.

Definitely all fair. Out of China produced US vehicles they draw less hate than Ford though.
