Mike Love is definitely the Donald Trump of music. I can just imagine Mike Pence pleasantly bobbing his head to Kokomo, feeling like he's really letting loose and shredding down to some filthy rock music.

Hey I can vomit if I want to

I agree about Swiss Army Man being sophomoric and kind of vapid, although it wasn't without its charms. Looking forward to seeing this one frsure

Pretty much the only deck I never really like to play is Monsters (it's so front loaded that there's no strategy, just throw more close combat units at it until you're done or whatever). I'm looking forward to this online gwent game too, there's only so much you can do when you're playing the computer.

Sometimes I insist upon calling them emoticons just because it bothers people

I dunno, I'd eat dog like, if it really came down to it.

As far as Blood and Wine was concerned Ive recently started it, and I LOVE the Skellige gwent deck. The mushroom effect really changes up your strategic options, and I'm used to playing as Nilfgaard and just going apeshit with the spies. Also the Triffids and giant centipedes running around toussaint are a nice touch

hahaha rich people feeling the struggle totally

Amy Schumer is one I don't understand, like her work is pretty undistinguished gross out material, like a less clever Sarah Silverman or something, and yet she's setting the world on fire. People either think she's some feminist hero for making fart jokes while being a woman or are misogynists who virulently hate her

I love his goofily oblivious enthusiasm on Vice Principals

All you have to do is make the Harkonnens the heroes, whaddya need, a road map?

Can't wait for his Gravity's Rainbow

"who decided to do Battleship instead"

I think at a certain point he crossed the thin line between having a house style and consciously making "Wes Anderson Movies". I think it was around Darjeeling Limited, which at least for me w as the first one where I thought "okay, he's doing this again".

I dunno, it's VERY easy to make fun of this but the only inspired thing he's made in like a decade was a claymation kids movie so I think this has the potential to be a lark! Greta Gerwig is kinda whatever but the rest of this cast, cmon. I like Yoko Ono, she arguably made more interesting music than any solo Beatle.

Oh man you'd LOVE the Man who Knew Infinity, it's like 60% chalkboard math!

"don't say "and stuff"

Glad to see Weiner mentioned, one of my personal favorites this year. Essentially a mockumentary except nope, its real.

Also I'm kind of of the mindset that someone who has never held office ALSO isn't qualified to be governor of a large state. Screw that guy and the orangutan he rode in on.

Bear in mind I think Reagan is one of the most damaging, awful presidents we've ever had (although he demonstrated a willingness to listen to reason and compromise). The real core of whether Trump is an especially awful phenomenon or the logical extension of the militantly anti intellectual bent of contemporary
