I once worked as an executive at a software company that prided itself on its dedication to user privacy. Imagine my frustration when board members would periodically want to meet with my teams and I to wax poetically about how they wished to.....monetize user data.

But now you have smash n grabs in LA at an alarming rate, and they can’t get prosecuted now, or let go the same day, so what’s the point in even having cops? You either make laws that give citizens the right to use force to defend property, or you just let it happen...ah but this was in 2017 so I guess that’s a moot

Biggest money saving they could do is dump the CEO. Their email was a waste of time and money and I am willing to be he delegates 90% of anything he is supposed to do. He probably delegated writing the email.

The only thing that is even sort of grindy is getting Tera shards, and if people can’t be bothered to do even a few minutes of playing you needed to get them, then I really don’t care about the complaints.

The thing I miss most is print media and demo discs. Some of my strongest gaming memories are of games I never even owned: demos I played over and over, or even just games I would read about and imagine. In an era when there are so many games available for free or included in subscription services, it’s funny to be

I don’t care that it’s SaGa game in Japan, FF Legends is a FF spin-off and Final Fantasy Legends II is fantastic.

People will continue to be bitches. As a 3080 owner, this doesn’t phase me in the slightest. My backup rig, which I play on often when I can’t use the front room, has a 1080ti. I will also not be phased on that rig. nVidia have done this shit for years, nothing here is different.

It’s unpopular and also missing important context about the pricing and context. Remember that Reddit only had value because these mods do millions of hours of work for absolutely no pay whatsoever. Reddit only has value because of their input. Also, Reddit isn’t merely charging enough to cover their costs, they’re

I don’t even use anything impacted, and I’m just sick of this attitude. The lack of care, the ‘fuck the public’, the sheer arrogant contempt for others is not just nauseating but wearing.

There are a lot of people who can’t for disability reasons or other reasons. The way this should be done is by further incentivizing in-person play, not punishing remote play. Remote raid passes are already more expensive than normal raid passes and you don’t do as much damage playing remotely. I do go out for walks

Please. The right would have made these to fire up their followers or fundraise anyway if they’d had the idea first.

*sigh* posting this is a mistake, because everyone on Kotaku is biased...

It’s ALWAYS ‘lives are on the line!’

“People get tired of it.” If you think it’s exhausting caring about genocide imagine how exhausting it is having to justify your right to exist every waking moment of every day. If your biggest struggle is “people on internet are mean about me enjoying genocide simulator that gives money to people committing genocide”

Lol, shut the fuck up. If you hate trans people for simply existing, that isn’t a nuanced opinion, that is fascist bullshit.

Transphobes: Wow, trans people are always so dramatic. MAYBE I’d support them if they didn’t act like victims all the time.

There’s no excuse for property damage in customs...

If they do, they will lose more money. Creators will simply move on to something else. And that will have a cascading effect as it’s the content created by those people that brings in new players.

Some of the slowest “scrambling” I’ve ever seen. They let the pot boil over with analysis and speculation for a week before they said anything. Then all they released was a twenty word message asking for patience, only to back out of their eventual, official announcement at the last minute.
