Yeah September is fine I suppose, though none of those games are particularly interesting. October, on the other hand...

How much people fell for the hype depends on how long they’ve been playing Bethesda games. XD Ive been playing since Morrowind. I’m sure the game will be very fun, but I’m also sure it’ll be full of jank crap and tedious nonsense. People who’ve been playing since only Skyrim might not know yet that that’s how a

You forgot Disgaea 5

It will always be viable, because you can do different things with different sorts of graphics. People were saying this art style would collapse as early as the Playstation and N64. And then a game with pixel graphics released and became the highest grossing media franchise of all time.

Good. I really hope they continue this pattern of listening to their fans, since we very much want them to succeed. They don’t need to do everything we want all the time or anything. But once 70+% of the fans are telling you “This is a bad idea. Don’t do it.” you should take it into consideration.

In Morrowind they didn’t have any such borders. The game takes place on a big island, so they did something more immersive: You can just pick a direction and start swimming. Unless you’re going to Solstheim you won’t ever get anywhere, of course, what with oceans being pretty big and all. And the huge swarms of Dreugh

Im still amazed that they fit all of FF6 onto a single super nintendo cart. I mean have you seen the pixel remaster? its like 3 gigabytes.

Are they finally figuring out what Nintendo did ages ago? That we’re at a point where more powerful hardware is only giving us modest improvements to graphics? I hope so. Game companies need to get back to where they used to be: innovating in other areas. When you can’t make a game prettier, you’re forced to make it

Unfortunately they (and sadly, the author of this article too)  have yet again misinterpreted what we want. We want it as an item *in the games*. See they have given several backpacks out for participation in events in the games. But not one of them was interesting. This one is one that would be interesting.

The new games make it much, much easier to do. Sandwiches make it way faster to get eggs and hatch eggs. You can learn egg moves without having to actually be an egg, no items are gated behind BP, You can change your nature, get to level 100 in seconds, re-learn moves at no cost, and the game’s been throwing us six

You may not see it as cheating, but its against the rules the players agreed to so its absolutely cheating. If they don’t like playing by the rules, they can find another game to play.

The rules say people arent allowed to do this, so when they do this they are cheating.

I played the first two Fallout games. I have absolutely no problem save scumming. I don’t do it for everything, but some things... Like Lynette.. yeah.

The only game where you really have to live with the consequences of your actions is OneShot. Unless you know how to edit your computer’s registry.

Good thing I don’t like games about going through space. I won’t have to worry about a ridiculous amount of hard drive space like that until the next elder scrolls comes out.

Its about quality. No one expects every game to be as complex or large or detailed as this. But what everyone should expect is for developers to give a damn and make sure whatever they are making is something they can be proud of.

Right now all it would take to destroy humanity forever is one well aimed asteroid. We can only avoid that fate by spreading out.   Though I do agree that it doesn’t need to happen any time soon.  But its something we should be moving toward in some way, which does seem to be the case.

That really doesn’t mean much though. I mean, Morrowind is objectively a better game than Skyrim. But it sold way, way less.

You forgot Rotation and Wonder Launcher battles

Yeah, that’ll happen with games like these. Paladin is the most beginner-friendly class.
