No problem at all, it just made me think of how my mother always adds on “woman” or “black” as an unnecessary descriptor.

I just wanted to point out that Asperger’s is NOT a mental illness. Like all Autism Spectrum Disorders, it is a developmental disorder (although it can be co-morbid with mental illnesses like unipolar & bipolar depression, etc.).
