Also the fact that literally no-one in Europe tried to paint the first game as some commentary on the rise of current Right-Wing populism in Europe but the moment you mix Nazi and the US you get a bunch of butthurt Trump voters crying about it.

I remain thoroughly impressed and more than a little baffled that Blizzard, despite all of their talent, their many years of creating and operating online games, and their tons of money (the Blizzard economy outstrips several whole nations) was not able to anticipate that a fully-PvP, team-based, first-person shooter

Why does this come off like “You want us to deal with toxicity? Fine. Then you don’t get any updates!”

And, of course, “LOL triggered much?”

Developers can only do so much. The internet is filling up with more and more assholes. You try to call them out on it and they just respond with “don’t get so offended” or “PC police” or say you’re “close minded” or “intolerant” because you tell them to shut the fuck up.

It really depends on what “main” means. If you just instapick Hanzo (or any characters, really) and not willing to adapt to your team composition, then you deserved to be hated. Overwatch is a game of adaptations. There’s a reason they make it easy to switch character during a game. Either put up with people calling

They do deserve the hate. In a game of counter picks, everyone will change heroes except Hanzo mains. SURE, they will tell you they will switch, and if they do at best they will switch to Widow. All they want to play is a sniper in a game of +20 heroes. They can be the greatest shot in the world, but 9/10 they are no

Its says face “up to 20 years”, but they will not be sentenced to anywhere near that. Most likely they will get at most, 5 years based on the fact that it caused physical injury to someone. Swatting is the same as calling in a fake bomb threat. It is considered an act of terror and those kids need to serve some prison

It is not really as simple as that. Even if you removed all the radicals that truly desire gaming to be a male-exclusive hobby, we would STILL be incredibly polarized. It comes with the development of the medium, really; gamers in general have just started coming to grips with the fact that their favorite pastime can

“There is no reset button on real life situations police face.”

Funimation seriously regionblocks a freaking TRAILER!? Don’t they have any idea how marketing works? Anyway, will be nice to see the rest of the story turned into a anime even though I’m already reading it. Really prefers the art style of the anime personally.

I hate anime.

Haha this is a joke right? This show has just as much standing around as most other anime.

Anime is weird to me. I don’t get why people love or hate it, except for that camp that just hates animation in general. There’s good anime, there’s bad anime. I like some shows. I dislike others. I don’t care if it’s “anime” or not. I care if it’s an entertaining chunk of programming.

“Round in the back is a GREAT way to increase drag.”

This science-y stuff sounds like fake news. From the internet. I’m on board.

These drawings actually make Widowmaker Less cyberpunk.

Kind of bothers me that Widowmaker’s design has absolutely nothing to do with her character. Just generalized samurai/demon look, zero tie in to her spider theme or the fact she’s a sniper. They could have done some kind of overdone cyberpunk eyepiece covering/replacing her eye, just for an immediate thought.

Hmm like this would be cool if the designs were more varied. This artists vision of cyberpunk seems to revolve around just giving everyone futuristic face masks. Which look kind of cool but the aesthetic wears thin when everyone starts to look the same.
