I’m an older GenXer and I have GenZ kids, and I concur 100%.

To be honest Millennials might end up as a lost generation. Coming of age in the recession artificially depressed avg. starting wages and starting positions for Millennials below what would have been required based on the debt Millennials took on. Leaving an environment where Millennials will be in debt for decades…

I recently taught some of these GenZers in high school, and in all honesty, they are amazing. The world is in good hands. The Millennials should just move to the side and let them through.
