I have a 2016 340i, I wouldn’t get a newer one, it does everything I need, is probably a wee bit big and heavy, and the last okay looking 3 series.

You’d be better off renting some storage space short term until you can move when the rates are lower.

As of four hours ago FIA dropped it as they have no grounds on which to investigate it.

I see cars speeding, running red lights, talking/texting on phones, driving with things obstructing their view, cutting corners, veering across lanes, not indicating, not using their mirrors, not checking their blind-spot(s), ignoring basic traffic laws, unaware of surroundings etc...

FCA electronics will need a giant leap forwards considering all this tech.

My Dad bought one of these off lease (3 yo) with 22,000 miles on it. He ran it with nothing but fluids and tires to 106,000 miles driving San Francisco to LA two or three times a month before selling it to a neighbor who still has it - and continues without issues.

All I’m interested in is people following through on their orders and buying these. I bought Ford stock low, and hoping with this and Mach-E it goes up. Even a little would be nice.

My eye went to the Jaaaaaag that went by with the nasty pedestrian shredding hood ornament on it.

Same logic of why do I need to wear a seatbelt if there’s an air bag...

To be a total downer, my brother and his wife are epidemiologists and they say we will be living in the current pattern until likely next summer before everyone is vaccinated. Assuming the vaccine covers all strands too. Reports of Covid-19 in India being vastly different to that in Iran, to Italy to the UK even.

A medium pressure hose and a wipe would make it so much more appealing. How can people be this dim?

I (pre-pandemic) commuted 35 miles a day in a 340, I see mid-20s MPG. You can put it in eco-mode but it’s actually dangerously slow in that mode. Throttle response is that of a heavily medicated sloth.

So when Kia says a Telluride is literally impossible to find, they were exaggerating?

This looks so budget -

Hmm I didn’t even know it was an option to refuse a down-payment. Thanks!

An afternoon washing it? 5 minutes spray with a hose and it would look twice as good!!

I went for a test drive in one on a bored afternoon. I tried this and the eFocus. The CMax was surprisingly nippy. It was the better car. The eFocus had some outrageous lease deal as they couldn’t sell them. Think it was $150 per month + tax.

Now playing

I think the mud on your windscreen from all your X-treme off-roading is clouding your vision.
