There are different grades. The Volvo will be certified as VP8, according to the Trasco website, which is certified using steel-cored 7.62 Kalashikov ammunition (although I’m not certain that’s what’s shown in the photos).

It’s also important to remember that this wasn’t the first time and won’t be th elast. And it’s not exclusively a Trumpistan phenomenon. Although we here in the EU have a handy ocean instead of a wall, and if a dead child has the indecency of resurfacing, it’ll probably be in Turkey or somewhere.
