Last weekend I made a new character for Fallout 4 in preparation for the Automatron DLC. Beat the Mechanist the other day, but I’m still putting hours into the game. Hopefully I’ll finally beat the game for the first time.

Trying not to spoil anything, but the eye that the kid is talking about actually leads to a minor side-quest. No creepy water monsters or anything, just something pretty cool (at least in my opinion) and got me thinking about the lore of the game a little bit.

Been re-downloading a number of games on my new laptop. Sadly it isn’t as powerful as my previous one and I couldn’t afford a better one, but at least the majority of games I normally play seem to work.

I’ll mostly be playing Crusader Kings 2 and trying to crush all Christianity as a Norse Pagan. I’ll also probably

If you are annoyed by how easy it is with ballistic weave, don’t use a weapon (especially a combat shotgun) with the Wounding ability. I am not lying or exaggerating when I say with that gun I took Swan down in 5 seconds or so on Hard at around lol 38, with a melee build character who has no bonuses in stealth or

If I had any molding skills I would totally create my idea for a better settlement menu, but instead I’ll share it to the world to make.

Well about the weapons, didn’t he say 50 base weapons and 100+ mod options along with them?

Wow... There is actual color in a Fallout game besides brown, grey, and green. How amazing! I kid, though the Vault dweller suit at the end did kinda hurt my eyes a little. Hopefully the main character and clothes will look better in the final game.

The Replicated Man was also my favorite mission in Fallout 3; slightly because of what you brought up, but mostly due to the awesome rewards you get for beating it (including one of the best energy weapons if I recall correctly). Plus that one guy who the quest revolves around was pretty cool (very vague to to being

The Nexus Mod Manager really makes things easy for me. For most mods on the Nexus website you just have to hit the Download With Manager button and then double click on the downloaded file in the manager to have it installed, then you’re set. You will have to download the manager beforehand of course, and you will

Edit: Sorry, thought I was reading a more recent article. Didn’t mean to comment on something that was months ago.

My friend, an avid Dark Souls fan, got me to play the first Dark Souls awhile ago. I got to Sen’s Fortress, but after getting a $20 gift certificate I picked up Dark Souls 2. Instead of waiting to beat the first one I started the second one and have been going strong since. Will probably keep focusing on it for the

I was struggling to remember the letters and stuff which I had just skimmed over, so I was really lucky I picked Father. Kate lives in my game.

This one deserves to be amongst the best in my opinion.

Hell yes, this scene (and everything after it until near the end) is brilliant. It's why Hot Fuzz is my favorite movie, followed by Shaun of the Dead (the fight in the Winchester set to Don't Stop Me Now by Queen is probably my favorite scene of any movie). Definitely should deserve an honorable mention at the very

Oh, I've never thought of my treatment of video games similar to movies and books, but it is pretty accurate for me as well.

Most rpgs like Inquisition, Skyrim, Mass Effect, etc I do tend to start a character (generally male) and get to the second act or at least 5-10 hours in before I stop playing it (as there is always something I dislike about the character such as his/her choices) but not with Inquisition. Somewhat.

I'm super excited for it (finished replaying Origins and in the second act of 2), but I'm slightly worried as well. My laptop is crap and outdated and I can't afford a new one or a new console, so I can only get this game on the 360. I haven't been looking too closely at information, but what little I have seen hasn't

I knew about the old god baby (and had done gone through it once or twice), but I was messing around with the Keep right when I was finishing my new playthrough of Origins as a character who romanced Morrigan but didn't go through with the Dark Ritual. I was surprised that it appears that Morrigan gets pregnant with a

Skyrim and Fallout: New Vegas on the PC are my most frequently played games. Every few months I return to one or the other. Having mods help keep the game fresh as well.
