There’s also the possibility that the producers only learned of it after some of the “contestants” mentioned it.

His strategic use of the word “hope”, both in his convo. and his tweet, shows that he has a bit of wherewithal in terms of what he communicates to keep him from 100% committing to statements. That’s his M.O.

If tapes come out that support Comey, then it’s pretty much unequivocal that Trump is lying about the conversations based on his statement. Otherwise, it’s the whole he-said/he-said narrative, or the alternative facts narrative, or the “he just mis-remembered” narrative. But nothing concrete.

Not only that, but in the post-testimony statement, Trump (thru his lawyer) essentially accused Comey of lying under oath.

How about just a simple item that lets you attach GODDAMN KEYWORDS to photos, so that they’re easily searchable (outside of Years, Locations, etc.)
