Quirky indeed, what is cool is that there are other subtle changes to some weapons when you switch or sprint with them. For example, the scatter shot's reticule sinks back into the weapon while you run and then pops up again when you stop.

If you go to a maid cafe they all have different themes. For example, instead of a greeter at the door there is a table with a bell on it. You ring the bell and then a girl comes out and refers to the guests as "master". It is more playful and fun at some places but really creepy at others.
