I really liked this episode, the only problem I had with it was the race. I haven't raced anyone in quite a while, but its usually just seeing who can run from one point to another the fastest. This was "I'm going to run in a loop, you have to stop me", which doesn't really sound like a race at all.

So is this how Arya crosses "Cersei" off her list ?

If Vandal Savage fought Mick in 1958 like how he was fighting Sara in 1975 I'm sure he would have beaten him. Mick is essentially just a brawler with a flamethrower, and Vandal has clearly picked up some fighting skills throughout the years.

I mean, to be fair, Malcolm found out on his own, Thea figured it out herself, and he needed Barry's help to do the paternity test. Its kind of thin but he didn't really tell any of them explicitly.
