I legit choked up when I saw JLo wrapped up in the Puerto Rican/US flag, the kids in cages, her daughter and that kid’s choir joining in for a few lines of “Born in the USA.” I thought all of this was the biggest F-U to the Trump administration…

Adult women shouldn’t write op-eds about skateboarding. Let’s try that again with a caveat: Adult women 𝑤ℎ𝑜 𝑑𝑜𝑛’𝑡 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑎𝑛𝑦𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑠𝑘𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑏𝑜𝑎𝑟𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 shouldn’t write op-eds about skateboarding. Here’s a few reasons why not:

LVP is exactly the kind of person who would do anything for a dog whilst completely ignoring any human suffering. She’s like one of those women in medieval paintings of hell who are there for giving their dogs steak whilst children starve.

There’s also lotsa internalised misogyny- you only need to see an episode of VPR…

Me! On my way home, I’ll periodically pick up a burrito at the Chipotle near Davis Square where I transfer from the T to my bus. There are even a number of excellent locally owned restaurants nearby where I could get a significantly better meal for a comparable price. I feel like I should be ashamed of myself, but…

Been to a Chipotle once >5 years ago, and have never been back. So I’m not sure either, tbh.
