15 dollars an hour is nothing. I say this as somebody who lives with very cheap rent and eats for free. I’m glad I make at least 20 dollars an hour. It’s what allows me to actually, you know, live.

I hate to say it but Americans are suckers for forcing people to smile at them.  Everybody has such policies.  A lot of companies will take it to the next level and will have employees engage the customer.  Trader Joe’s, for example
