Inflation.  Costs of living have gone up, so you should be tipping more.  And basic social consciousness.  Given how little that extra 5 percent costs you, and the impact of it on the server, it’s pretty disgusting to undertip

Tipping is a rejection of poverty. Current minimum wages are rarely high enough to live off of (note that I said live and not survive. You might be able to survive off of minimum wage. Maybe).
