I bet we do! It's awesome to meet someone from the same vicinity as me.

Fish are friends, not food.

*kicks a can down the street* Aw, shucks. Yet another defeat for the urophilia crowd.

Thanks! I didn't know that.

I can usually get beef bones full of marrow for a couple of bucks at the supermarket. Dang. Now I'm gonna have to get some.

It's a good thing Dan Rather's retired, because his Facebook posts alone about this adminstration are so scorching that I practically get sunburn from reading them.

I apologize for nothing. Nothing!

Yum! What do you like to put on your burgers?

Yes! That's it exactly. I don't even bother draining the turkey off, to be honest. It really doesn't need to be. I also throw in a little tomato paste with the taco seasoning and water to help break down the meat fibers, which helps it from turning into gravel.

I considered buying a pasta/noodle attachment because our pasta machine went kaput a few years back, but honestly, we have access to so much really good fresh pasta in the supermarkets that we just don't bother anymore, unless we're making homemade ravioli, and in that case we just use the hand-crank pasta machine to

Christ, now I want carpaccio so bad.

My mom makes it every so often using, I believe, an Alton Brown recipe. It's really more like individual meatloaf.

I've been using ground turkey for tacos for a year now and my father always raves about how great it is. He has no idea I'm not using ground beef. I mean, once you brown and season it, it tastes pretty much the same.

My stepgrandma used to keep a chipped tea cup full of bacon fat that she would use to fry eggs in. She is not dead yet.

Ever do it with some gorgonzola dolce thrown in? I'm literally drooling a little thinking about that.

I have. My brother once let our burgers go way too long on the grill and I ate it anyway because I hate wasting food, but after that I took over the grilling in general. I consider it practically a war crime to overcook beef.

Yeah, I like mine basically just waved over the grill for a minute or so.

I have a meat grinder attachment for my KitchenAid stand mixer and it's been amazing. I use it for lamb when I make pastitsio - the texture is so much different than pre-ground lamb.

Heyo, Harford County! Have you seen the house since then? They've done a nice job keeping it up, but I know that it's been hard for the historical society to secure funds to continue with plans for making it a cultural and arts center.

And you're a flaming idiot who can't spell and has never figured out that expending this much energy on a smelly old drunk who has his lines fed to him because he's too lazy to learn them is a huge waste of your time. Now run along and let the grownups talk, sweetie.
