The part that really grossed me out was where she not only fat-shamed other customers, but more or less said that people who work at a movie theater are too stupid to do anything else.

I don't know that I think she should have lost her job over it, but I do find it troubling that this woman is a supposed champion of cultural sensitivity, but she has no problem tossing around judgments of people's sizes and skill levels.
